Tribute to the Lag B'Omer disaster

We at Meir Panim continue to take care of all the needy, Holocaust survivors and youth in their daily dealings. Feel free to be impressed by a few more examples from our range of activities and those of our volunteers yourself!

Memory in Ben-Gurion

This week at the Ben Gurion Youth Center we gathered the youth and had a conversation about the disaster that happened in Meron. Everyone talked about how he experienced it and what he thought about what happened (even if the opinion is not popular) everyone respected each other’s opinion listened and shared. We finally lit 45 candles in memory of the dead.

Memory in Tiberias

Also in our branch in Tiberias, we bow our heads and wish a speedy recovery to all the wounded of the disaster in Meron by lighting candles – in memory of the 45 dead

Renovation of the courtyard of the youth center

After a lot of meetings and planning, a renovation of our youth center yard began. Later the place will become a guest for the youth with a well-kept garden, sheds, seating areas, and fitness facilities.

It is important to continue donating to Israeli charities so that we can improve the lives of those in need.
